8:37 I left the house and listened to Pothead on the way. There is a bridge you cross at the damn that was blocked off so this was a bummer as it is an extra 20mins or so to go the long way around but I had no choice. Did not get there until about 10.

10:40 and I was actually all set up and this was for sure the most complicated set up I had ever had and the first time I had ever brought the Hammond XB-2. It is so heavy with the flight case so I can´t lift it into the car so I have to just lay it down on the back seat!!

Anyway, we were in a great mood and really excited to jam. These once monthly jams are a real highlight for both of us.

Jam 1 was in D with no drums but sadly, I had forgot to turn on the Edirol for the room recording and the multitrack never engaged so we lost this one to the cosmos… 15:30…

Jam 2 was a long one in E and had a great groove. Wow..
Jam 3 was in A and we filmed this one. IT was fast one like 140bpm..

Lunch Break

Jam 4 was acoustic in E and the longest one we had ever done, over 19mins.
Jam 5 we had something pretty cool but one of my synths was making a feedback or something really annoying and I had not really discovered it and Martin thought it was killing the track so we stoped and aborted this and would try again..
Jam 5.1 I used the same Nord and Novation settings and I think we filmed it.
Jam 6 Another one with no drums. Really cool, I think…

This particular double album kicks ass and would take a full page but suffice it to say that they are indeed great listeners, know each others strengths and each track here has it's own vibe and direction, only known in the present moment. They open up reality to make sure they are not limited by time as to see if they can achieve some sort of collective orgasmic crescendo.
